Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days from date of purchase. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and shipped in the original packaging.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider shipping your item with tracking as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Damaged or DOA Items
If your item are is received damaged or DOA (dead on arrival), please contact us at support@rustygoldresale.com.  We will require photos of the damaged item and the packing material so please do not throw this away. Refunds will be issued for items that do not work or were damaged in the mail.
